A Story of Honest Beginnings
This poem shares the spirit of why I set out on the path to becoming a cheesemaker — a tribute to the simple joys and deep satisfaction that come from a hard day’s work on the farm, from sunup to sundown.
Written by me and my daughter, and beautifully illustrated by local Maine artist Lauren Olson, this project is close to our hearts.
A portion of the proceeds supports the Educare program in Skowhegan, Maine.
