We appreciate your interest in our cheeses and wares.
Full refunds are offered on our gear if you are unhappy with your purchase. Return shipping is not offered but we will credit your purchase or refund your money once we receive the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Our cheeses however cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with the quality or it's damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) at 207.858.5096 or email orders@crookedfacecreamery.com to explain the issue. We'd never want our customers to be dissatisfied with our products but due to the fragility and shelf life of the fresh cheeses, we'd prefer to offer a credit or refund vs. having the item returned. Refunds on cheeses are handled directly with the customer on a case by case basis. Please note that we can't be responsible for a compromised product if there is a delay in shipment due to weather, it is not opened immediately upon delivery, or delivered to an incorrect address.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
