Crafted from Springdale Creamery Jersey cow’s milk, this cheese highlights the exceptional quality of the milk and reflects our commitment to a truly handcrafted approach. Known as "butter cheese" she's rich, buttery, with a subtle tang and savory finish. Super smooth texture, melt in your mouth kind of vibe. Available only online and at our retail store.
