I love watching “The Lost Kitchen” show about Erin French’s restaurant of the same name. On one episode, she visits your farm to procure some ricotta. It looked so amazing, I decided to look you up and found I could order some even though I am all the way in California! I’m so glad I did. It exceeded my expectations - which were high to begin with.
