    Crooked Face Creamery smoke ricotta burscheta with crispy prosciutto and a spicy honey drizzle and lemon and fennel rocchetta with a basalic reduction and squeeze of lemon. Simple and delicious!

    I LOVE THIS SO MUCH

    I love it, I just LOOOOOVE it-- put a gorgeous cold dollop on top of pasta with zucchini braised in olive oil + lemon zest, garlic scapes & toasted almonds. The other half is stashed in the freezer for the first sungolds.

    OMG - the smoked butter and smoked frittata are unbelievable!

    Wonderful sweetish cheese with just a little hint of smoke,,nothing too intense, subtle. Easily spreads on crackers or bread. So delicious. Great for gifts to cheese lovers.
