Great smokey flavor. Honestly, I put it in EVERYTHING! Its sooo good.

Crooked Face Creamery smoke ricotta burscheta with crispy prosciutto and a spicy honey drizzle and lemon and fennel rocchetta with a basalic reduction and squeeze of lemon. Simple and delicious!

I love it, I just LOOOOOVE it-- put a gorgeous cold dollop on top of pasta with zucchini braised in olive oil + lemon zest, garlic scapes & toasted almonds. The other half is stashed in the freezer for the first sungolds.

I loved the smoked butter and the smoked ricotta. I will be ordering more of these for sure.

Wonderful sweetish cheese with just a little hint of smoke,,nothing too intense, subtle. Easily spreads on crackers or bread. So delicious. Great for gifts to cheese lovers.
