Lemon Fennel Ricotta | 2023 WORLD CHEESE AWARDS BRONZE WINNER!

I purchased the lemon and fennel and their regular smoked ricotta. They are both DELICIOUS! I added the lemon and fennel to a pasta sauce and WOW! Their regular smoked is beyond good. I can't wait to order more.

I am a first-time customer and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I ordered a variety of ricotta cheeses and prior to receiving my order I received emails from Amy with updates as to when my package would arrive. When my package arrived, it was beautifully packed so the cheese was protected and cold. All of the ricotta cheeses were the best I have ever tasted; very creamy and flavorful.
